“I’ve been seeing Jane for a few years now. I had never been to counseling prior to working with her, so I had a resistance and fear towards it. When my life took a turn for extremely troubled and complicated, I decided to put my insecurities aside and found Jane on Yelp. I was encouraged by her reviews, so I worked up the courage to text her and things took off from there! Jane is compassionate, honest and easy to talk to. I was immediately put at ease at our first session, and knew I had found the right person to help me. She gives exercises and recommends books that provide real results, and she is always a text message away to provide quick help and words of encouragement. I look forward to our sessions together because I always leave them feeling empowered and capable of navigating the challenging things that life throws my way. She makes you work hard though, and if you don’t put in the work, she will call you out on it! That’s one of the things that makes her so great. She is a true professional and doesn’t want to waste your time. If you are in a tough spot in life and ready for personal growth, I would stop your search right now and contact Jane.” – Carrie R.

“I’ve been counseling with Jane on and off for over a decade and attended a number of her workshops. With great care and compassion, she helped me through some very challenging periods in my life including a painful divorce and the death of a parent. With her guidance, I always felt I came out a better person when these trials had passed. The spiritual aspect of her counseling has helped me a great deal to put me on a journey of awakening and awareness, to find the path from the mind to the heart and with that, build much more meaningful relationships with people and the world around me. Her workshops and individual support have been an instrumental stepping stone in rediscovering my faith. My gratitude to Jane cannot be expressed in words.– Matthias S.

From our first visit with Jane, we were already getting some important tools to help us communicate better. We left that day feeling much more connected and hopeful about our future communication. Jane is very energetic and enthusiastic about helping her clients. She conveys a feeling of truly caring deeply for their happiness and emotional health. Jane is also very open-minded and brings a diverse variety of experiences and knowledge to bear during her sessions. She is sweet, charming, and disarming. It’s easy to speak openly and honestly about difficult subjects with her. Thanks for your kind care, Jane!” – Cameron T.

“I have known Jane for over 20 years and believe her to be very knowledgeable and a fantastic therapist. She was awesome with helping me understand and learn to overcome ADD for my son and has helped in many other areas in the time that I have known her.  She is the first person I would recommend to friends who ask. I believe that how she uses many forms of direction helps to make her such a well-rounded and very insightful person to talk to. She is caring and honest and I appreciate that in her.” – Jami B.

“I have been putting off therapy and self betterment for pretty much my entire life, I’ve been to probably 20 different therapists for extensive complex trauma and very insidious mental health issues and I’d never connected with anyone, no one had ever actually helped. I grew up from a young age knowing all about self betterment and spiritual growth but never connected with it in any real way, could never apply it to myself. I was honestly out of hope completely when my mom sent me Jane’s website and told me to make the appointment because it was do or die for myself as well as my relationship.

After the first text with Jane I felt so comforted by the way she interacts with the people she helps, the homework and amazing resources she sends kickstarted my brain into overdrive and I’m not sure how it happened exactly but I’ve already changed more in the last few weeks than I have ever prior. Even just after the first session, the way I walked in there at rock bottom and walked out with confidence was so shocking to me. Since then I’ve continued to build this deep sense of empowerment and feminine pride that I’ve been severely lacking for years. Lately I find myself being more patient and understanding, having more respect for myself, feeling more like I deserve to take up space and be confident. Like I can actually have a good, meaningful, honest, and pleasure-filled life.

It’s still early days but what I’ve already felt shift within myself is so powerful and unexpected, and it’s happened with such ease, I didn’t think I could ever be this type of person. I thought I would always be depressed and self-deprecating, but I feel more supported by life than I ever have before. She truly, wholeheartedly cares for people and this shines through in her practice, I think I needed that in order to feel safe enough to begin my journey out of the painful cocoon I’ve kept myself inside of for so long.

Thank you Jane 🙂 looking forward to our next session.” – Sunne L.

“My fiancé and I have been together for 9 years and decided to see Jane before we officially tied the knot. We both felt our communication was a bit lacking but that we love each other with all we have. Essentially we wanted to learn how to speak the same language. Jane is fantastic, she listens but doesn’t just let you complain, she gave us exercises to do at home to not just learn how to verbally communicate but to listen in healing ways. It’s not easy, especially some of the habits we had fallen into (or trained each other into) that caused resentment. But the more you apply her exercises at home the easier it becomes. She’s helped us grow tremendously together. Thank you Jane!” – Cassie A.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jane. My daughter has been in counseling for about 3 years now and we never saw any results until we started seeing Jane. Jane doesn’t just help our daughter, she has given me countless tools as well. I finally feel like I’m actually equipped to be a parent for the first time in 10 years.

I also picked up her book Raising Humane Beings and I couldn’t put it down. I read the whole thing in 2 days and had so many “ah-ha” moments. The way I parent has basically done a complete 180 since meeting Jane and our family feels so much more calm and connected now.

Jane was born to do this work. I’ve even decided to start going to her myself for non-parenting counseling as well. If you want actual results from counseling, look no further. Jane is the real deal.” – Alyshea S.

“Love Jane and her upbeat attitude! She came highly recommended and rightfully so. She takes time to understand the issues, speaks frankly, no sugar coating anything, and helps to find real and constructive ways to work through problems. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning 30 years. She has great tools to share and I promise you will come away with a sense of direction. Maybe not the direction you though, but you will get to know yourself, and what you want better than you thought. She will hold you accountable for yourself, so this isn’t a drive though process, you will have homework and she will check you on it no doubt. As she should. I highly recommend her services!” – Aimee H.

Jane Fendelman is one of the most compassionate, loving and intelligent counselors I have ever worked with. She is strong and determined, always pushing me to be my best and ultimately tought me how to release childhood trauma that has controlled my entire 50 years of unhealed abuse. I am happy and sane today, always looking for the good in life and hopeful for other women to get the same relief. So happy I found her!” – Rebecca C.

“I’ve been working with Jane for a while. I really enjoy her upbeat positive way of working through issues and counseling. She’s not one to sit there and let you fester in your troubles, and vent for an hour. She Has a great exercises and I’ll turn if suggestions to practice and get the results that you desire. Her upbeat personality, YouTube videos are all very encouraging and beneficial. I highly recommend her to anybody that was doing individual or couples counseling and or personal growth.” – Victor P.
