Here they are…

1) The Hendricks’ work first came onto my radar years ago, but “Centering and the Art of Intimacy Handbook” truly set the gold standard for couples therapy resources. In three decades of practice, I’ve recommended this book to virtually every couple who has sat in my office. What sets it apart? The practical worksheets that transform insights into real-world application.

I have a Salted Caramel Yankee Candle burning in my waiting area every day.

It is so important that when you come into your counselor’s office, you feel warm and welcome. I have my Salted Caramel candles on subscribe so I never run out.

I hope you try them, they are really lovely and very affordable.

I first tried NutriRise Ashwagandha in 2023 during my mother’s final days—an emotionally turbulent time. I’d always opposed medicating for anxiety and depression, rejecting anything that artificially dampened emotions. Though I’d heard about ashwagandha for years as a natural way to regulate mood, this was my first time trying it. After testing other brands, NutriRise Organic Ashwagandha Root Capsules with Black Pepper was the one that worked.
